I’ve been in your shoes. I started out as a wholesaler and deal-finder, working hard to put deals together, dealing with difficult situations, and even losing out on opportunities that should have been mine. Over 20 years of experience Total in a large verity of real estate niches. I worked directly with Investors that bought Investment Properties all Cash, as well with Lenders with a plethora of Loan Programs for Investors. You name it, I probably tried it! Some better than others..
That experience is exactly why I built this — to create a place where deals actually get done the right way, and where people are treated fairly.
